John the law professor and athlete from Stanford, CA
I sit at a computer much of the day and have a very expensive chair that I just pushed aside when i purchased this exercise ball. I have heard that if your abs are not strong, you should go slowly in switching to the ball instead of a desk chair but I am pretty fit so the transition was easy (I am 58 years old, but in top shape). The ball works great and I did have one question (about inflation) which was quickly answered by the staff when I called their included phone number.
I enjoy rocking on the ball and when I get a phone call or want a break I like rolling back and arching over the ball for a stretch and quick back massage.
Sizing probably matters and at 6'2", I am glad i got the large 75 cm ball size.

Found this to be a good addition to core conditioning. The height adjustor is easy to use and makes the board versatile for members of the family that are not as aggressive training. Use the board for hockey stick handling drills and works great.

Work two jobs with varying schedules. Not always able to get to gym, especially when off work at 10pm and next job starts 6 am. My trainer suggested this item. When I got it, my trainer came up with a workout for me. I can do these anywhere, anytime, and can travel with them. Able to get a decent strength training in 15-20 minutes.

It never ceases to amaze me how much you can do with a stability ball. Not just for core exercises. You get upper and lower body workout and can use it to do jumping jacks sitting down, but still aerobic.
