I use the ball to move my arms from side to side while jogging on a rebounder trampoline to improve my balance and coordination. The downside was that I needed to take the ball to my physical therapist to inflate it when it arrived as I didn't have a pump.

I have recently purchased this equipment. I am very satisfied with it . It holds the weights that I use and then some. I would purchase from this site in the future. Thanks so much. MRH

Overall this is a great weight belt with a lot of support to your lower back and your lower upper back. Also feels really comfortable and snug better than the usually leather and neoprene belts. The bad thing about ordering this belt is that the sizes are not correct to your waist size. My waist size is a 34" watst and I ordered a mediem and it ended up being to big so i had to order a small and it was a perfect fit with room to expand or tighten the belt. I do recommend this belt to a friend.

I use the belt to protect my hernia: it works. It's soft and comfortble, yet it provides the support I really must have. One will have to get used to the velcro aspect, but that was simple after only a few uses. The belt is comfortable even while not "sinched up," so you one can keep it on loosely and continue training without any hinderance to most other exercises. Worth The Money!!

This product works great! It's sturdy, affordable, and multifunctional. We didn't want a pullup bar that could ruin door frames. We wanted something that was stand alone and could move anywhere in the room and that's what we recieved. We love it!
